iWare Supplychain Services Signs C&F Agreement with Bunge India Private Limited

Ahmedabad, October 2025 — iWare Supplychain Services Limited, part of the Inter India Group, has entered into a Carrying and Forwarding (C&F) agreement with Bunge India Private Limited, a leading player in the edible oil and food products sector. Under this agreement, iWare will manage Bunge India’s warehousing, storage, and distribution operations from its facility in Bhimasar, Kachchh, Gujarat.

The agreement, effective from October 1, 2025, for a period of three years, outlines iWare’s role in handling the movement of edible oils, fats, vanaspati, margarine, cocoa powder, and bakery shortening products. The warehouse, spread across over 52,000 square feet, is equipped to manage large-scale storage and logistics functions in compliance with food safety and statutory norms.

As part of the collaboration, iWare will oversee product receipt, inventory management, dispatches to distributors, and the collection of sales proceeds on behalf of Bunge India. The company will also ensure adherence to quality standards, documentation accuracy, and timely distribution across regions.
