Mr. Tanwar is a Bachelor of Business Administration and has strong on-ground experience in logistics operations, mining setup handling and supply chain management. He has been associated with the Inter India Group since the early years and has worked in multiple roles within the organisation.
He started his journey from the operational side, working as a loading supervisor, handling traffic desk operations and managing field execution. Over time, he moved into leadership responsibilities by closely working with the management team. Since the inception of iWare Supplychain Services Ltd, he has been actively involved in building operational systems, execution planning and scalable logistics processes.
While announcing the appointment, the company shared that this decision reflects its belief in growing leadership from within, valuing operational knowledge and ensuring continuity in management.
In his role as Joint Managing Director, Mr. Tanwar will support strategic decision-making and focus on automation, strong IT infrastructure and improving operational efficiency across all service verticals.
